Please read these terms carefully before using the Snaplock platform. They govern your access and use of our services.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Snaplock ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Obligations
- Creators must be 18 years old (or legal age in their country).
- You warrant that you own or have rights for all content uploaded, and that all recognizable individuals in your content have given explicit consent.
- Creators are responsible for maintaining the legality of their content.
3. Prohibited Content (Strictly Enforced)
Snaplock maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the following types of content. Uploading, distributing, or selling any of the following will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Adult & Explicit Content: Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, or any content intended to cause sexual arousal is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal Material: Any content that violates German, EU, or international law, including but not limited to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, or content promoting human trafficking.
- Violence & Gore: Real-world violence, graphic gore, mutilation, or content promoting self-harm or suicide.
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion that we believe violates these policies or poses a risk to our platform.
4. Account Registration
- Account creation requires accurate personal information.
- Creators are responsible for keeping their password safe.
5. Payments, Fees, and Taxes
- Platform fees apply as shown on the Pricing page.
- Payouts require meeting withdrawal thresholds and are subject to delay.
- Creators are solely responsible for meeting tax obligations.
6. Intellectual Property
- Service design, logo, and code are the property of Snaplock and its licensors.
- Infringing or stolen content is not permitted. Follow DMCA and German regulations for takedown requests.
7. Termination
Snaplock may terminate access immediately without prior notice for violations of these Terms, specifically Section 3 (Prohibited Content), or relevant laws.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided "as is". Snaplock is not liable for damages from content or unauthorized access. We do not endorse any content submitted by users.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Jurisdiction is Esslingen am Neckar.
